Keeping Active

As a school we are signed up for the Get Set Travel to Tokyo.  Each week we will be set a team goal and by logging our daily exercise we can virtually travel to Tokyo and perhaps pick up some prizes along the way.  To log your daily activity click here and input the details of the exercise (you do not need to enter your email and sign up for the newsletter).  Can we be more active than the other schools in our area?

There is also a great resource area with home indoor activities.

Sustrans have provided some useful links for planning family walks and cycles:

Truro Active Map contains local routes, some which are completely traffic free.

Further afield there are the - Mining Trails: explore 60km of trails on foot or bike and discover Cornwall’s mining heritage. Including the Coast to Coast Trail between Devoran and Portreath.  More information can be found here:

Conrnwall Council also maintain an excellent Mapping website which shows you all the public rights of way in your area.

They have also produced some useful videos to help you with your bike maintenance and skills
