Y2 - Trust Class

Welcome to Trust Class, Year 2!

With adrenaline pumping from the excitement of being the oldest infant class, there may be the fear of harder work.  Year 2 can sometimes feel very overwhelming, but Miss Vowles, Miss Williams and Mrs Neil are here to help you become confident learners.

There are challenges on the way, like learning to be more responsible for yourself and becoming an independent learner, which all sounds very grown up. However, in Year 2, we will do this whilst having fun with real life experiences like rearing baby ducklings.

Our class novel : Hodgeheg

Max is a hedgehog who lives with his family in a nice little home, but it's on the wrong side of the road from the Park where there's a beautiful lily pond and plenty of juicy slugs, worms and snails! The busy road is dangerous but Max is determined to make his way across. If humans can do it, why can't hedgehogs?
